Jared spent his early career in sales leadership — learning firsthand how businesses actually win and lose customers, and how much comes down to who has better information going in. He later taught himself to build software: websites, native apps, CRMs, and the internal tools that now run ROQ, the company behind Groundbreakable.
That background is why Groundbreakable isn't built as another public-records database to search. Jared builds and maintains the data pipelines, scoring models, and mapping tools himself, market by market — connecting permits, zoning, and infrastructure spending into the kind of signal a developer can actually act on.
